She owned her own home but was almost to shut off status with all of her utilities, behind on her property taxes, driving with no auto insurance, her auto registration behind or a driving violation fine unpaid or both. I did repairs to her home, bought a new dryer for clothes, and bought food for the home. Added her to my auto insurance after buying a near new Toyota Camry, less than 30,000 miles, to have one car that would be reliable, hers was older and needed some work. I added her to my life insurance at work so if anything happened to me she would have something to lean on. She had been unemployed quite some time and was in need of an angel to come in and help, I was him, and she turned out to be my Lucifer.
After she was caught up financially and employed, and physically abusive with me on at least three occasions and displayed extreme jealous bouts most every time we were together in public I started leaving for periods and eventually moved out. She put two restraining orders against me. Yeah, I know, why did I stay involved? I was madly in love, she did treat me well in at least one of the many rooms of her home!
She dismissed the first Protective Order and the second is still in effect. She lied, exaggerated and used lies from a disgruntled brother and my deepest darkest secrets entrusted to her as a potential future wife to bash my name and reputation to all she knew and the Southern Iowa Judicial system of Union County. She also claimed she used a supposed Judge friend of the family to get the Orders placed with very little to no proof, no witnesses, or no evidence. Plus filed for it within a couple of days of getting out of jail for trespass, and interfering with a 911 call that I reported to the police. Think maybe if she does know the judge personally it could be a conflict of interest?? Think maybe it could be vindictive or retaliatory in nature since she filed as soon as she was able to after I called the police and had her arrested for trespass?
She claimed I choked her during the trespass incident, but the police did not put it on the police report because they said there was no witness or marks to prove her claim. She went to jail with no bruises or marks nor was there any in her mugshot. After 12 hours of incarceration she did not ask the jail or authorities to take pictures because the bruises or injuries were visible at this later times. 13 days later she came to court to establish the claim of physical abuse for the Protective Order and had fresh purple bruises, with pictures, of course.
She milked me out of over $10,000.00 over 4 or 5 months. Told me she had a Judge friend in the area and other family ties to the Union County Iowa judicial magistrate, and I would never win anything in that county against her. Now I believe it wholeheartedly! It was the judge she mentioned by name to me that was involved in the first Protective Order that was dismissed by her request. Conflict of Interest for this judge to hear the case if they are friends and associates as claimed by her?? The second Judge, obviously a friend of the first, found me guilty of physical domestic abuse right after I had her arrested for trespass and interference of a 911 call. No witnesses that I physically assaulted her, not in police report that I assaulted her, 13 days later had fresh bruises and a protective order was awarded. Through the Order she also froze some property of my daughter and myself, nothing real valuable but birth certificates and government bonds she has repeatedly declined to return. Also a file cabinet with my history of documents that would not mean anything to anyone but me, also declined to return after many requests.
Three weeks after being awarded the second Protective order she called me and broke the order and we continued to have a romantic relationship until Sunday August 31, 2014. That Sunday I picked her up went to a park and talked. She has repeatedly said she was unwilling to drop the Order and pursue a relationship with me as it would require her to admit to the courts, friends and family that she lied when bashing my name and admit to still loving me. So I told her I was moving on. She called me 48 times in two hours and three minutes leaving many messages. I went to turn her in for breaking the restraining order and harassment for the 48 calls.
I talked to a Des Moines detective who later became irate with me because I waited until after her trespass trial to come speak with him. When I went to see him and he was so rude to me he would not meet with me only to tell me that there was no order, only a past temporary one. I went at 4:00 AM last Thursday to make a statement, report the Order broken, and file harassment charges. DM police would not do any of the above, went back to talk to detective and this is when he was irate and said there was no order. I went to Sheriff department with Order in hand, as they are listed on the Order as being copied, they would not take a statement, look at or listen to evidence that the Order was violated by her or myself, nor would they arrest me after admitting I had broken the order. They did confirm that it was an active order and to go back to DM Police and give a statement. I did so, and after showing the officer in the Order where it said, "if violated, arrest immediately" then I was finally arrested for breaking the order.
I did 4 days in jail, was awarded a court appointed attorney, and a court date set, I finally thought that I would be able to get my story told and evidence into record. Nope, just got out, dropped all charges after admitting guilt. No paperwork, discharge, instructions, nothing. Nothing to say whether I am made whole, nothing saying whether if she turned me in for contact before my arrest if I could be re-arrested, no discharge, nothing. Personally I feel possibly defrauded with possible malice and a cover up between two Iowa counties magistrates. To protect her or the judges or both. Beware!
